If you see continuous list of errors like below when your tried to compile.

Creating error listing ...
Creating error listing ...
Creating error listing ...
Then your Microfoucs compiler license has expired. Also check the license screen going license configuration screen thru program files--> micro focus in your installation. That will confirm status of license either corrupted/expired.
You need to regenrate the request key and send it to oracle support to renew the license.
